Easy 2D VTuber with OBS Tutorial

Here's a quick tutorial on how to set up a 2D VTuber effect inside OBS Studio. Hope it's helpful, and I hope your avatar is significantly less creepy than mine.

This PNGTuber effect requires Exeldro’s Move Transition Plugin. That means it only works with OBS Studio, and not SLOBS or any other broadcast software.
